I remember interviewing Dennis for a job many years ago. The reason he cited for wanting to head south was love of family: he wanted to be closer than Michigan. Rarely did a day go by in my conversations with him that he did not mention them in some regard.

He is a class guy and someone I was proud to call a friend. I will indeed miss him.

Worked with Dennis at C.C. Mangum. Great guy, a professional in his field. Such a shock to hear of his passing. My condolences to the family.

Denny was a good friend. We enjoyed tying flies, fishing on the trout streams around Grayling Mi and walking a golf course. He will be missed but not forgotten.

Denny was a very good friend. A pleasure to wade a trout stream with Denny, walk a golf course and on cold winter nights we enjoyed sitting around a kitchen table tying flies and talking about the fishing trips to come with our group of Wolverine Fly Tiers. He will be missed but not forgotten.
