I was so sad to hear of Don's passing. He was one of the first neighbors that I met when we moved to Willow Run. He always had a smile on that charming face! Don missed you when you left the neighborhood and will miss you again....

Don was a wonderful, sweet, kind hearted person. I will truly miss his smile and his stories he would have for me in the morning when he would come in to the office. My heart hurts, he was a great friend. I hope that Don's family can find peace in the wake of this tragic moment.

Kate and Kurt: My thoughts and prayers are with you both during this very difficult time. Though I never had the privilege of meeting your father I feel like I have gotten to know him through you. He will be remembered as a man who loved being a father, cherished is gorgeous granddaughter, Natalie, and as someone whose great skills with his hands would leave even the most talented HGTV host in amazement. I hope that you find peace in your fondest memories and comfort from all those who love you.
